6月20日，全省海外安全教育和领事保护服务进企业宣传活动在我市启动，全市外事系统工作人员及160余家涉外企业共210余人参加宣传活动，市外办三级调研员王秋生主持会议，并进行宣传动员。

On June 20, a publicity campaign for overseas safety education and consular protection services was launched in Shijiazhuang City, more than 210 staff members from the foreign affairs department and more than 160 foreign enterprises participated in. Wang Qiusheng, Level-III Division Official of the Foreign Affairs Office of Shijiazhuang Municipal Government, presided over the meeting and carried out publicity and mobilization.

为进一步贯彻落实《中华人民共和国领事保护与协助条例》，加强境外投资企业安全管理，更好服务企业“走出去”“请进来”，省外办联合省商务厅和石家庄市外事办，开展海外安全教育和领保服务进企业系列宣传活动，第一站在石家庄正式开启。宣传内容主要有境外投资备案管理和风险防范要点、海外领事保护、邀请外籍商务人士签证便利政策、APEC商务旅行卡申办、附加证明书办理流程等政策内容。

In order to further implement the regulations of the People's Republic of China on Consular Protection and Assistance, strengthen the safety management of overseas investment enterprises, and better serve enterprises to "Go Outside" and "Invite in", the Hebei Provincial Foreign Affairs Office, jointly with the Hebei Provincial Commerce Department and the Foreign Affairs Office of Shijiazhuang Municipal Government, launched a series of publicity activities for overseas safety education and insurance services into enterprises. The first stop was officially opened in Shijiazhuang. The publicity content mainly includes the key points of overseas investment filing management and risk prevention, overseas consular protection, visa facilitation policy for inviting foreign businessmen, APEC business travel card application, additional certificate processing procedures and other policy content.

活动期间，省外办涉外管理处二级调研员黄伟就邀请外籍商务人士签证便利政策、省商务厅对外投资和经济合作处三级调研员赵燕就境外投资备案管理政策和风险防范要点、省外办出管处副处长杨跃勇就APEC商务旅行卡申办、省国际交流中心认证科科长王海东就附加证明书办理流程、省外办涉外管理处一级主任科员王雪泥就海外领事保护政策和常识进行宣讲。

During the campaign, Huang Wei, the Level-II Division Official of the Foreign Affairs Management Office of Hebei Provincial Foreign Affairs Office, and Zhao Yan, the Level-III Division Official of the Foreign Investment and Economic Cooperation Office of Hebei Provincial Department of Commerce, on the visa facilitation policy for inviting foreign businessmen, and the key points of risk prevention, Yang Yueyong, deputy director of the Export Administration Department of the Hebei Provincial Foreign Affairs Office, discussed the application for APEC business travel card, and Wang Haidong, director of the Certification Section of the Provincial International Exchange Center, discussed the procedures for handling additional certificates. Wang Xueni, the Level-I Principal Staff of the foreign affairs administration department of Hebei Provincial Foreign Affairs Office, preached on overseas consular protection policies and common sense.

各参会代表认真听讲，期间进行了交流互动，参会代表们踊跃发言、提出问题，授课人员一一进行了耐心细致解答。会前发放了APEC商务旅行卡知识手册、领事保护手册和企业海外安全风险防范指南等宣传资料600余册，宣传活动会取得良好效果。

All the representatives attended the campaign listened carefully, and exchanged and interacted during the promotion. They enthusiastically spoke and raised questions, and the lecturers answered patiently and carefully one by one. Before the meeting, more than 600 copies of publicity materials such as APEC Business Travel Card Knowledge Manual, Consular Protection Manual and Guidelines for Enterprises to Prevent Overseas Security Risks were distributed, and the publicity activities will achieve good results.
